  Synagogue Hostage Incident

  \, 2022\, an international terrorist entered the Congregation Beth Israel
  synagogue in Colleyville\, TX and took 4 people hostage (including the Ra
 bbi)\, kicking off an 11-hour standoff with local\, state and federal auth
 orities. The hostage taker was armed with a handgun and claimed to have mu
 ltiple bombs in his backpacks. One hostage was ultimately released unharme
 d\; the other three escaped\; and the FBI’s elite Hostage Rescue Team brea
 ched the building and fatally wounded the suspect. Colleyville Police Chie
