Colleyville Garden Club will meet November 2nd at Colleyville Center. Registration will begin at 9:30 am and the meeting will start at 10:00 am. The program will be, “Things You May Not Know About the Fort Worth Botanic Garden (FWBG)” and given by Zach Gomez, the Horticultural Manager for both the Rose and Tinsley Gardens at the FWBG.
Zach will update us on the future of the combined FWBG and Biological Research Institute of Texas (BRIT) following the late 2020 merger of these two entities. He has more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of landscape horticulture and has been instrumental in the final design, installation, and maintenance of Rock Springs since June 2015.
