A group of Colleyville Elementary School students are competing in this year's Holly Colley Tree contest.

The Cowboy Culture Club has entered the tree decorating competition with the theme of "We are all cowboys, but wear different boots." Students used artifacts from many different cultures to decorate the tree, which is on display at Holly Colley.

CES fifth graders are also participating in Holly Colley. The group will sing at the event under the direction of music teacher, Mari McAdoo. The perfomance will start at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.

Holly Colley will take place at city hall from 4 to 8 p.m. on Friday, December 3rd.
