The Colleyville Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce its partnership with the Colleyville 5K Championship Series (C5KCS). The Colleyville 5K Championship Series brings Colleyville 5K runs into one place for the convenience of the community. This series of 5K races benefit three Colleyville non-profits. The Colleyville Heritage High School Panther Band and PALS program March for Water on April 2, 2016; the United Methodist Church of Colleyville Run for Rescue 5K on April 9th, 2016 and the Colleyville Lions Club XSightment Run on June 4th. Each run is independent of the Chamber and is administrated by the non-profit. The cash prize is for the runner earning the most points competing in the 5K. 1st prize for the best cumulative times for all three races is $300, 2nd is $150 and 3rd is $75. As the title sponsor for the event, the Colleyville Area Chamber of Commerce invites all Chamber members and Colleyville residents out to enjoy some springtime fun for the benefit of three outstanding organizations and their charity work. 2nd Annual March for Water 5K Run & 1 Mile Walk:  5401 Heritage Ave. Colleyville,TX 76034 scheduled for Saturday, April 02, 2016 8:00 AM The Colleyville Heritage High School Panther Band and PALS program presents the 2nd Annual March For Water 5K Run & 1 Mile Walk to benefit not only the award-winning band program, but a larger cause as well, Water Is Basic, which helps build clean, fresh water wells in African communities in order to promote health, hygiene and a better quality of life.

7th Annual Run for Rescue: 1000 Church Street Colleyville, TX 76034 scheduled for Saturday, April 09, 2016 8:00 AM The second race of The Colleyville 5K Championship Series is the long standing, Run for Rescue 5K.  This 5K track is a one-loop path that begins on the campus of the First United Methodist Church of Colleyville. You will be running through the beautiful neighborhoods of nearby Colleyville where you will encounter low grade uphill climbs before heading back to the church. Run for Rescue 5K is a great race for all levels of runners and walkers. Also you're welcome to bring the Dog (leash required!) and runners with strollers are welcome too.

Colleyville Lion's Club xSIGHTment 5K race set for June 4, 2016, 7:30 AM. This is also a 5K track that is a one-loop path beginning at the Colleyville Center on River Walk Drive and features a very fast straight away section on Hall-Johnson Rd and then back to the Colleyville Center. This 5K race is very popular and the chip times are very fast! It's also a wonderful family-friendly 5K event and includes the very popular 1 mile fun run. Family-friendly includes stroller runners and our four-legged friends (leash required).

The Colleyville Area Chamber of Commerce is a membership driven organization comprised of businesses and individuals representing Colleyville, Grapevine, Southlake and other surrounding communities.
