The spring/summer real estate market is definitely hot.  North Texas continues to benefit from corporations choosing our area for their headquarters and regional offices.  A strong, stable market can be a benefit to both buyers and sellers.  There's a slight edge to sellers currently with sales prices strong and inventory still somewhat low.  The following graphics give a snapshot for the performance of home sales in three cities, Colleyville, Grapevine and Southlake.
