Program “American Woman Entrepreneur in China:
How the Chinese Mafia Stole My Business - Part 2”  by Nancy Weinstein

Nancy Weinstein will tell us more about her adventures in China and filming her TV show, “Nancy’s Lifestyles” in Southern California and Shanghai for China TV, dinner with a 5 star Chinese General in China, her long-time friendship with one of China’s Ambassadors to the United Nations, and her many visits to Diaoyutai State Guest House in Beijing, which is like our White House. She will talk about a special dinner that was arranged for her at May Ling’s home which is now a museum in Nanjing, China and will show interior photos of the house. Nancy will also share her adventures in designing a 5-star hotel in Turkey and the interesting and surprising owner.

Nancy was an early pioneer in China, and a business woman living and working in China for 15 years, Nancy founded Nancy’s Lifestyles to present the American lifestyle to the Chinese consumers in her 12,000 sq ft. showroom in Shanghai, China. Nancy created, designed and furnished it with all American furniture, the first ever, American Design House in China. Nancy designed the interiors of hotels and guest houses and various projects in China, Japan, Singapore, Turkey and England.

Nancy Weinstein is widely recognized as an international interior designer and groundbreaking entrepreneur.  She was named The Ambassador of Design by the Los Angeles Times.  She has been a guest speaker at Beijing University, Beijing, UC Irvine, Chapman University in Southern California and many business and executive groups across the country.
